These classes include two guided meditations and a talk on nurturing deeper inner peace and a clear sense of purpose and direction in our lives. After each class, there is time for Q&A.

Kadam Marie-Claude Martel is the resident teacher at KMC Québec.
With over fifteen years of experience studying, practicing, and teaching meditation and Buddhism under the guidance of her spiritual teacher, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, Marie-Claude shares with us, with enthusiasm and humor, these teachings, which are so practical and easily applicable to our busy daily lives.
Kadam Marie-Claude teaches Monday and Tuesday classes, the Foundation Program, as well as workshops, retreats, and events.
